20. Secretariat of the Board

(1) The Board shall have a separate Secretariat.
(2) The Secretariat of the Board shall be in Kathmandu Valley.
(3) The Ministry of Finance shall appoint a gazetted first class officer in charge of the concerned area to act as the secretary of the board.
